Scope Social Media, Digital Design, Email Marketing

RepairPal is the hub for all things auto repair. Through our integrated platform, you can do it all find a trusted repair shop or dealership, troubleshoot your car’s symptoms, get accurate estimates for your repairs, and much more!

As the Marketing Designer at RepairPal, I’m at the forefront of product marketing efforts, bridging the gap between product and marketing to create visually compelling campaigns that drive user engagement.

My main goal is to craft captivating visuals and marketing assets that effectively communicate the value and unique selling points of RepairPal and our products. While working closely with product, marketing, and other cross-functional teams, I play a key role in shaping RepairPal’s visual identity and delivering creative solutions that resonate with our target audience in the automotive industry.

Dashboard Hero Image

Process

In collaboration with the product team, I created a hero image for the new rewards page in the Dashboard. The team was open to any creative direction but there were some requirements —

  • Should say “RepairPal Rewards”

  • Dark background color

  • ‘Reward’ type motif like a trophy, a medal, a ribbon, etc.

After reviewing the brief and researching art styles, I explored a few concepts that included either 2D illustrations or typography (pictured to the right).

Since the Dashboard is used by shops and dealerships within the RepairPal Certified Network my goal was to keep the design clean and professional with some playful motifs to align with RepairPal’s visual identity.

Co-Branded Partner Banner Templates

RepairPal and our partners connect consumers with high-quality auto repair they can trust and empower them with information, resources, and tools to help them care for their cars. Together, we’re on a mission to be a force for good in the automotive industry.

To promote RepairPal partnerships more prominently on our blog, the goal was to drive user engagement to RepairPal’s products such as the Directory and the Fair Price Estimator. The product and marketing teams requested various co-branded assets such as sidebar graphics and banners.

In addition, the assets were created into a template and added to RepairPal’s Partner Resource Center so that other partners could add their branding and use it on their website.

As the Marketing Designer, I play a key role in shaping RepairPal’s visual identity and delivering creative solutions that resonate with our target audience in the automotive industry. While staying up-to-date with industry trends and direct competitors, the visuals and marketing assets have evolved a lot since my first day.

The email templates below were sent to certified shops and dealerships but also to those who are interested in becoming certified and would like to learn more. Overall, my goal was to create visuals and an email template that effectively communicates the content and drives user engagement.
